Welcome to 405 Blooms! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for using our services, booking our mobile flower bar, and purchasing our floral experiences. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms—so give them a quick read, and reach out if you have any questions!
Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.

Full payment is due at least 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payments via venmo, cash or check.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment terms are not met. Don’t worry—we’ll reach out first!
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens. Here's how we handle cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event will receive a full refund minus the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
If 405 Blooms must cancel due to an emergency or severe weather, we will do our best to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Event Setup & Space

We require a flat, shaded (or indoor) area for setup, and access to the event space at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time.

Our setup includes tables, buckets, signage, and bouquet-building materials.

If your event is outdoors, please have a weather backup plan in place!
Floral Inventory
All flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. We do our best to honor requests for certain colors or flower types, but substitutions may occur based on what’s fresh and in bloom.
Guest Conduct
We want every experience to be joyful and respectful. We reserve the right to refuse service or end participation for any individual engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behavior toward staff, equipment, or guests.
Photos & Social Media
We love sharing our blooms in action! By booking with us, you give 405 Blooms permission to take and use event photos for promotional purposes (unless otherwise requested in writing).
Liability
405 Blooms is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during events. Flowers and tools (like scissors) should be used with care, especially around children.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website or by request.
