At 405 Blooms, we put our hearts into making your event bloom with beauty! Because each experience is custom-prepared with fresh florals and personalized setup, we kindly ask you to review our refund and cancellation policy below. 

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event are non-refundable due to the advance ordering of fresh flowers and supplies.

 

Rescheduling

​​

  • We’re happy to reschedule your event with no penalty if notified at least 7 days in advance, pending date availability.

  • Reschedule requests made less than 7 days prior may incur a 25% restocking fee to cover floral losses.

 

Weather Policy (for outdoor events)

  • In the case of inclement weather, we’ll do our best to work with you on an indoor backup location or rescheduling at no additional charge.

  • If no alternative is available and the event must be canceled, standard cancellation terms apply.

 

No-Show Policy

 

If our team arrives for setup and the event is canceled without prior notice or no one is present to receive us, the event will be considered a no-show and non-refundable.

 

Custom Orders & Add-Ons

 

All custom bouquet tags, signage, or floral styling add-ons are non-refundable once designed or ordered.
